The Co-operative Coordination with members
The Co-operative has an office at Lubumba Village which coordinates all the activities of the member Co-operative society, most of which are rural based. The coordination is in terms of various areas including sourcing for seedlings and other inputs, markets and market players, government programs, etc.

The Co-operative currently supplies its members Coffee to multinationals specifically; UGACOF, Kyagalanyi coffee Limited in Kampala, Alliddeki Commodities Limited, etc.:
Farmers Motivation and Engagement strategy: Access to markets; increasing bargaining power;
access to agro-inputs; technical assistance; secure market position;
Farmer empowerment.
Value chain mapping of actors and activities at local level to ensure interventions do not exclude key actors by use of the e-prodn monitoring tool, E trace, etc
Appraisal of farmer profiles involved directly and indirectly in the VC to ensure the most capable farmers are included and to target additional farmers as market demand grows ( e-prodn)
Strategic placement of collection centers including having enough pre financing at all levels.
Farmers and Buyers Connection: Continuous supplies; increased volumes; supply niche markets.
Appraisal of local and international markets to identify potentially interested buyers
Attending regional and international trade fairs to look for good markets
Ensuring steady supply at all levels.
The Both Co-operative, Public And Private Institutions Coordination: Through the social projects and premium projects, L T W F C S will be felt at all levels including those that are not members of L T W F C S.
Emphasize transparency in operations to allow compliance checking by all relevant government institutions including payment of taxes
Share plans and resources in provision of extension services to farmers ( Fair trade development plans) and selection of committees for implementation of the projects)
