The Cooperative has a determined team to train and extend different skills to the farmers. The Cooperative has a plan to train, extend and contributing to achieving the strategic objectives of the L T W F C S S
Through the traing of farmers so far has positioned and extended L T W F C S S in the coffee sector as the most vibrant farmer organization that has empowered farmers to be masters of their own destiny with a focus of being agricultural smart operators. The Cooperative is managed by qualified and well trained and experienced business people in business administration, banking and technical in coffee value chain and financial management both at management and Board level.
The Finance committee:This committee is responsible for the financial traning and management planning of the farmers including drafting budgets for consideration as well as monitoring income and expenditure in the Cooperative.
Supervisory Committee: The committee of three people is elected by the general assembly and is responsible for ensuring that all the other organs of the Co-operative work for the best interest of the members. It ensures that appropriate internal controls as approved by the general assemble are implemented accordingly.
